Our Relax + Reset bath soak blends pure Epsom salts with soothing Lavender, gentle Bergamot, and sweet Ylang Ylang essential oils to calm the senses and release tension from the body.

Magnesium-rich Epsom salts are traditionally used to help relax muscles while the calming floral aroma helps quiet the mind after busy days.

Each pouch includes an Amethyst tumblestone, a crystal often associated with peace, balance, and relaxation, making this soak the perfect companion to your evening wind-down.

Note: The 125gm Sampler Bag can be used by dropping the contents into your bath or foot bath, or you can hang the bag over your hot tap so the water runs through the bag. An option exists to buy the bag without the Tumblestone crystal is shown at checkout.
