Shipping Policy
Local collection in Aberdeen:
Your parcel will normally be packed and ready for collection within 1 working day and available for collection from Earthstore®, Urban Wellness Hub, 6 Balgownie Drive, Aberdeen AB22 8FD.
Please note that collection is available only during our normal operating hours of Tuesday – Saturday, 9:30am – 6:30pm. You will receive an e-mail to state when your order is ready for collection, and we request you advise us when you are likely to collect your order, to ensure someone is at the premises.
If you are unable to collect your order from Urban Wellness Hub in Aberdeen, we are happy to ship your items directly to you.
Processing Times
Please allow up to 1 working day for us to process and dispatch your order.
Most UK mainland orders arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch, although many orders arrive sooner.
During busy periods, launches, holidays, or sales, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer.
Shipping Partners
We use a combination of trusted delivery partners including:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
- EVRi, UPS & DPD
- Parcels2Go courier network
Shipping methods are selected based on parcel size, weight, destination, and the most suitable tracked delivery option available 10Kg we may use UPS, DPD, EVRi, or alternative courier services.
Orders over 20kg may require a custom shipping quotation and are handled individually.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel size, weight, and delivery location.
We work hard to keep shipping charges as fair and affordable as possible while ensuring orders are securely tracked and delivered.
Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas
Some remote UK locations may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge due to courier pricing.
This may apply to certain postcode areas within:
- Highlands & Islands
- Northern Scotland
- Orkney & Shetland
- Channel Islands
- Northern Ireland
If your location is affected, shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout where possible.
For larger or specialist deliveries to remote areas, we may contact you separately if additional shipping charges apply.

International Shipping
At present, we are unable to ship to Europe. However, international shipping options are currently under review.
PO Box & BFPO Addresses
Unfortunately, courier services cannot deliver to PO Box addresses within the UK.
If you require delivery to a BFPO address, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise on available delivery options and pricing.
