Returns & Refund Policy
“As a small independent family business, we genuinely appreciate your support and understanding with our returns process.”
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see eligible items and exclusions further below.
In the unlikely event that you need to return any of your items, please contact us at info@earthstore.co.uk within 2 days of delivery in the first instance to arrange the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached or seals in place (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Postage
If an item has been incorrectly described, arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return postage.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason (including change of mind), return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Where appropriate, we may provide a return shipping label and deduct the postage cost from your refund amount.
Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return approval may not be accepted.
Where possible, we will advise you of your nearest courier or Royal Mail drop-off location as part of the return process.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or if there are any issues with your order. Photographs may be requested to help us assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health & safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items once opened or used, including:
- doTERRA and other essential oils or blended oils
- Facial rollers
- Gua Sha tools
- Personal care or beauty-related products
- Items intended for direct personal application
- Epsom Salts, bath products and candles
- Diffuser and Nebuliser products
We also cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalised items
- Special order products
- Gift cards
Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or incorrectly supplied in accordance with your UK consumer rights.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly. We will cover shipping costs for replacement items where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
