Our Heart Restore blend combines pure Epsom salts, calming Geranium essential oil, and delicate rose petals to help relax tired muscles while uplifting the heart and mind.

Epsom salts are rich in magnesium sulfate, traditionally used in baths to help ease muscle tension, support relaxation, and promote a sense of wellbeing. When paired with the beautiful floral aroma of geranium, this soak transforms an ordinary bath into a deeply restorative ritual.

Each pouch also includes a Rose Quartz tumblestone, often known as the crystal of love, adding a meaningful touch to your self-care practice.

Note: The 125gm Sampler Bag can be used by dropping the contents into your bath or foot bath, or you can hang the bag over your hot tap so the water runs through the bag. An option exists to buy the bag without the Rose Quartz crystal is shown at checkout.
