A 7 Chakra Colour Rune Thumb Stone (commonly known as a worry stone) is a polished, oval gemstone featuring a thumb indentation. It is composed of seven layered crystal stones aligned with the body's energy centres, often featuring ancient symbolic or "colour rune" engravings for meditation and stress relief.
Understanding the 7 Chakra Colours
Each layer of stone corresponds to one of the seven main chakras, moving from the base of the spine to the top of the head:
