Understanding the 7 Chakra Colours

Each layer of stone corresponds to one of the seven main chakras, moving from the base of the spine to the top of the head:

Root Chakra (Muladhara): Red Jasper and other red crystals. Represents grounding, stability, and survival.
Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana): Tiger's Eye or Carnelian and other browny reddish crystals. Linked to creativity, passion, and emotion.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Yellow Jade or Yellow Calcite and other Yellowish crystals. Represents personal power, self-worth, and confidence.
Heart Chakra (Anahata): Green Aventurine and other Greenish crystals. Tied to love, compassion, and healing.
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Sodalite or Lapis Lazuli and other Bluish crystals. Focuses on communication, truth, and expression.
Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Lapis Lazuli or Blue Aventurine and other Bluish crystals. Represents intuition, perception, and awareness.
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Amethyst. The centre of higher consciousness, spirituality, and peace.

How It Works

Anxiety Relief: Placing the stone between your index finger and thumb and gently rubbing the indentation creates a sensory anchor. This motion distracts the brain and grounds you in the present moment.
